Repaired all missing and broken trim boards.

Front Bedroom
Repaired and replaced ceiling drywall where roof leaked through.
Repaired holes in walls where needed.
Repaired window sashes.
Textured and paint.  

Back Bedroom
Repaired holes in walls where needed.
Repaired and replaced trim boards where needed.
Textured and paint.   

Bathroom
Removed all wall board and plaster/lath from walls to studs.
Removed all flooring and rotted decking down to floor joists.
Removed all  fixtures.
Installed new drywall and waterproof drywall throughout.
Installed new bathtub, toilet, sink and vanity.
Installed new tub surround.
Installed new faucet fixtures in sink and tub.   

Kitchen
rebuilt all broken and dilapidated  cabinets and counter tops throughout.
Removed all rotted floor decking.
Repaired walls where needed.
Installed decking and vinyl tile on floor.            

Roof
New, 30 year hurricane shingles.


Front Porch
Removed the existing concrete porch and old support pillars do to cave-in.
Haul old concrete and sand away.
Replaced the front porch with new decking, rails and roof support pillars.  

New light fixtures throughout house.
New Ceiling fans in living and dinning areas
Primed and Painted exterior portion of building.  
Installed new carpet throughout house.  
Installed new heat and air system.  


Asking $36,500 package rate, We Will pay up to $500 towards Closing Cost.
