    Some areas inside of the house had low spots where the support peers
    under the house were broken away and settled in various places.
    The weak areas throughout the house have been repaired.
    The kitchen has had several repairs and updates.

    where past water leaks have eroded the pipes and rotted out the cabinet floors.  
    The kitchen floor has been taken up and re-decked due to

    The old sink cabinet was rotten and falling apart at the seams.
    The sink and drain lines were rusted from time and past leaks.
    The old claw foot bathtub was removed and replaced with a
    new standard 5 foot inset bathtub; The old bathtub was rusted and sagging into the floor.
    The toilet was old and also sagging into the floor, apparently due to
    leaky wax rings over the years.    
    New toilet, Sink and remaining bathroom fixtures.                                      
    The rotted bathroom floor has been taken up, exposing the floor joists.
    New  ¾” decking  been  installed and then a sheet of underlay.
    Finished floor has been vinyl tiled.  
    All old plaster was cracked and falling off throughout the building.  
  • All plaster was removed throughout  building and new drywall has been
    installed throughout buildings interior.
    The whole interior of the house has been prepped  textured, primed and painted.  
    New carpet has been installed throughout house.   
    New tile has been installed in Kitchen, Bathroom and laundry areas.                     
    The  exterior of house has been power washed, prepped and painted.
    New vent-less flew wall heaters have been installed throughout the house.
